Richard Kastelein is what Americans call a success: six startups, five failures. But the sixth time it was hit. His company The Hackfest had a successful exit in 2013. The company specializes in hackathons, an event where people come together for a short time to shape new innovative plans, focused in part on the television world. Because if there is one thing, according Kastelein, then it is that the television world is heading in a similar disruption we have seen in the music world.
